Small Group PT

My 45-minute small-group sessions have a maximum of 6 women so you still get personal guidance but you can share the cost! With a focus on strength training, these sessions are for ladies who want to:


• Build strength & support fat loss
• Feel fitter and more energised
• Stay consistent
• Train in a fun, relaxed environment

Cost: 

Mondays: 7:30am / 9:15am

Wednesdays: 9:15am

Thursdays: 11:30am

Fridays: 9am / 10am

£60pp for 4 credits (to be used within 6 weeks) or £18pp per session
