My Story

Hi, I'm Eleanor. In a personal training capacity, I’ve had the privilege of helping many people feel stronger, more energised, and more confident in their bodies.  It’s incredibly rewarding to see someone regain their self-esteem and start enjoying life more, especially when they’ve started out feeling  stuck or unsure. ​ I’ve seen first-hand how movement transforms lives. It boosts fitness and energy, builds strength, preserves mobility, improves mood and plays a vital role in long-term health.

But over time, I've come to realise that for some people, exercise alone isn’t enough. To achieve lasting change, many clients need something more: a way to shift their mindset, break old habits, and make realistic changes to their daily routines. That’s why I trained as Health Coach. I wanted to support people on a deeper level - not just with movement, but with everything else that impacts wellbeing: food, mindset, sleep, stress and motivation. Health coaching allows me to support clients in building healthier habits that are enjoyable, sustainable and tailored to their lives.

 

On a personal note,  both high cholesterol and pre-diabetes run in my family, so I am well aware of the importance of taking preventative action through lifestyle changes.

 

Whether we’re training, coaching, or combining the two, my goal is the same: to help you take back control of your health and feel like yourself again.

What Is A Health Coach?

Think of a health coach like a personal trainer for your overall wellbeing. Just as a personal trainer helps you build strength, improve fitness, and stay accountable to your physical goals, a health coach supports you in building healthier habits across all areas of your life - from nutrition and sleep to stress management and mindset. I help you bridge the gap between good intentions and sustainable results, especially when life gets busy or stressful. I offer personalised guidance, motivation, and practical tools so you can make sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle.
