My Story
Hi, I'm Eleanor. In a personal training capacity, I’ve seen first-hand how movement transforms lives - boosting energy, building strength and confidence, supporting mobility and balance, improving mood, and protecting long-term health. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone regain their self-belief and start enjoying life again, especially when they began feeling stuck or unsure.
But over time, I realised something important:
For many people, exercise alone isn’t enough.
Lasting change often requires a shift in mindset, breaking old habits, and making realistic adjustments to everyday life. That’s why I expanded into health coaching - so I can support people more holistically, not just through movement, but by addressing everything that affects wellbeing: nutrition, sleep, stress, hormones, lifestyle and motivation.
With high cholesterol and pre-diabetes in my family, I also understand personally how important prevention and early lifestyle changes are.
Whether we’re training, coaching, or combining the two, my goal is the same:
to help you take back control of your health and feel like yourself again.
What Is A Health Coach?
Think of a health coach as a personal trainer for your overall wellbeing. Just as a personal trainer helps you build strength, improve fitness, and stay accountable to physical goals, a health coach helps you build healthier habits across daily life - from nutrition and sleep to stress, hormones and mindset.
I help you bridge the gap between good intentions and real-life consistency, especially when life feels busy or overwhelming. Through personalised support, accountability and practical tools, you’ll learn how to make changes that fit your lifestyle and actually last.
