My 45-minute small-group sessions have a maximum of 5 women so you still get personal guidance but you can share the cost! With a focus on strength training, these sessions are for ladies who want to:


• Build strength & support fat loss
• Feel fitter and more energised
• Stay consistent
• Train in a fun, relaxed environment

Initial Trial: £15pp

Thereafter: £60pp for 4 credits (to be used within 6 weeks) or £18pp per session

My 30-minute online group sessions are designed for anyone who wants an effective, low-impact way to build strength, improve mobility and boost energy. Exercise in a way that feels good on your joints - nothing high-intensity or intimidating.
